So a 1-bedroom apartment in Uptown starts at $369 and a typical 3-bedroom house in Lakewood or Preston Hollow lands between $1,100 and $2,100 depending on square footage and access. What we quote on the phone is what the invoice says. We do not add fuel surcharges, we do not bill for the first flight of stairs, and we do not discover new fees once the truck is loaded.

Book Early — Especially Summer and Month-End
Dallas moves spike hard June through August and on month-end dates (28th–1st), when every apartment lease in the city turns over at once. Book 2–3 weeks ahead for peak dates, 1 week off-peak. Same-day is possible but never guaranteed.
Reserve Your Building Elevator Before You Book Us
Almost every Uptown, Victory Park, and Downtown high-rise requires a reserved elevator and a dock window — often only two or three hours wide. Lock that in first, then tell us the window. A crew waiting on an elevator is billable time.
Send Us the COI Requirements 48 Hours Out
Dallas properties managed by Greystar, Lincoln, Camden, and MAA all require a certificate of insurance naming the building. Send us the exact wording and we deliver it straight to management at no charge. Paperwork is the number one cause of delayed move-ins.
Know Your Street Before Move Day
Large parts of Bishop Arts, the M Streets, and Old East Dallas cannot take a 26-foot truck. If yours is one of them, tell us in advance and we plan a shuttle. Finding out at 8am costs an hour and a bad mood.
Declutter Before You Pack
Every item you donate or sell before move day reduces hours billed. Dallas has drop-offs all over — Genesis, Family Place, Habitat ReStore on Harry Hines. Less stuff is a shorter move and a smaller invoice.
Disassemble Beds and Big Furniture the Night Before
Bed frames, dining tables, large desks — break them down before the crew arrives. This is the single biggest time-saver on any Dallas residential move, easily 30–45 minutes on a typical 2-bedroom.
Pack an Essentials Bag and Keep It With You
