Studio and 1BR Moves Dallas to Houston

Small moves on a 240-mile route work better than most people expect. A studio apartment or 1BR move is fast to load -- usually 1.5 to 2 hours -- and fast to unload. The drive is 3.5 to 4 hours on I-45. A 7 AM start out of Dallas puts you finishing the unload in Houston by early afternoon. The all-in price starts at $1,950. That covers the crew, the truck, the 240 miles of fuel, the pads, and disassembly of whatever needs to come apart.

We do not have a minimum load size. One bedroom worth of furniture and 20 boxes? We will move it. Half a studio with just a bed, couch, and kitchen table? Same thing. You are paying for the hours of crew time and the 240-mile drive, not the cubic footage. If you are under-furnished because you are just starting out or leaving furniture behind, the move is faster and cheaper -- not penalized.
