Entry Level · No Experience Required
The starting point. You'll work alongside experienced movers learning the trade — proper lifting, furniture wrapping, truck loading, and how to keep a customer calm on a stressful day.
  • No prior moving experience needed
  • Must be physically fit and reliable

Mover
Experienced · 1+ Years Preferred
The core of every crew. You know how to wrap a dresser, navigate a tight staircase, and pack a truck so nothing shifts. You set the pace and set the tone for the whole job.
  • 1–3+ years moving experience preferred
  • Furniture wrapping and disassembly skills
  • Knows how to load a truck efficiently
  • Comfortable with COI buildings and elevators
  • Driver's license a plus

Senior Role · CDL Not Required
You drive the truck, lead the crew, and own the job start to finish. You're the one who calls the customer the morning of, handles any surprises on site, and makes sure the review is a 5-star.
  • Valid Texas driver's license required
  • Clean driving record
  • 3+ years moving experience
  • Comfortable leading a 2–4 person crew
  • Customer-facing — communication matters
